Profile

What are you currently studying?
I’m currently pursuing a M.S. in Applied Educational Psychology.

What do you enjoy most about working with UT undergrads?
I love undergrads fresh ideas and optimistic outlook on life.

What is the most important advice you would give new students?
The most important advice I could give a new student is that failure doesn't make you a failure, quitting does. Some things will come easier than others and you have to take the bad with the good. Most importantly, surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart and will encourage you through tough times.

What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the TRECS- I love to workout.

Where is your top study spot on campus?
I prefer to study in my room, but if I am getting easily distracted I like to study in Hodges or the BCC.

Why should students take advantage of the SSC?
Students should take advantage of the SSC, because they have the opportunity to learn about different resources on campus, which can enable them to reach academic success beyond their imagination. Also, students receive a direct contact to discuss academic goals, or any other matters that can minimize personal enhancement and their academic pursuits. Everyone that has access to the SSC should utilize these services! We have your best interest at heart.
