- become aware of how your grade point average can impact your financial aid eligibility;
- understand how grade point average is calculated;
- calculate the grade point average you need to earn to be returned to good academic standing and set goals for the grades you need to earn spring semester;
- become informed about the University’s policies on repeating courses and taking courses at another college or university;
- become aware of effective strategies for becoming a better learner; and
- gain information about the wealth of University resources that are available to assist you.
You will also identify factors that contributed to your academic difficulties and will begin to develop an action plan for your academic success in preparation for your Academic Review appointment with your academic advisor.
