Supplemental Instruction
Supplemental Instruction (SI) offers free, out of class, study sessions for traditionally difficult courses. Sessions are led by students who have successfully completed the course. SI Sessions are currently available for Math 119, Math 130 and Chem 120.
“The Math SI sessions really helped me because students are encouraged to help and teach each other. When I helped others and received help from them, I learned more. I saw the many small mistakes that could be made which made me more aware of what I was doing on the test.”
