To ensure all students have fair use of and access to our resources we have developed the following policies. Please see the overview of our policies below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appointment Limits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students are allowed a maximum of 2 appointments per week per class<\/li>\n<li>Students can schedule appointments for 3 consecutive weeks and renew after week 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must cancel at least 30 minutes before the session<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations within 30-minutes of the session will be counted as a no-show<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>No-Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After 3 no-shows, students must meet with a VSC staff to regain scheduling privileges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Have any questions? If a course does not appear you are wishing to schedule a study session for, please email <a href=\"mailto:VolStudyCenter@utk.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VolStudyCenter@utk.edu<\/a> for further assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You will see a list of all dates, times, and PLAs available to schedule.
