What do you enjoy most about working with UT undergrads?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

What I enjoy most about working with UT undergraduates is getting to know them as individuals and building meaningful professional relationships. I love supporting students as they discover their interests, clarify their goals, and pursue their dreams. Being part of that journey, watching them grow in confidence and purpose, is the most rewarding part of my work.. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the most important advice you would give new students?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Don\u2019t be afraid to ask for help. College is not meant to be a solo journey, and the people and resources around you are here to support your success. Get involved, explore opportunities that spark your curiosity, and remain grounded in your values. Being authentic and seeking support will help you thrive both in and out of the classroom.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite place on campus?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Student Union and the Haslam College of Business are my favorite spots on campus. They\u2019re great spaces to grab a meal, meet with others, or find a quiet corner to focus and get work done, perfect examples of how campus supports both community and productivity.<\/p>\n

Why should students take advantage of the ASC?<\/h4>\n

The Academic Success Center (ASC) is a central hub designed to support students holistically. As success coaches, we work alongside students to help them develop strategies for academic success, navigate challenges, and make the most of their college experience. Beyond coursework, we care deeply about students\u2019 personal growth, well-being, and long-term goals. Whether you\u2019re looking for guidance, encouragement, or a place to ask questions, the ASC is here to support your success both in and outside of the classroom.<\/p>\n
