Administrative Professionals’ Day 2021

To celebrate Administrative Professionals’ Day on April 21, we thank our administrative personnel in Student Success for their hard work and dedication to supporting our division and the Volunteer community.


Carla WhiteCarla Clabough, Administrative Coordinator, New Student Orientation

Carla is the ultimate team player and will take on any task we ask her to do. She’s a learner and never shies away from doing something new. She brings fun and joyfulness to our office. Where would we be this year without our behind-the-scenes coordinator Carla?

Jos is an outstanding professional who brings energy, creativity, and determination to everything she does. She is such an asset to our team and is always willing to learn new things and lend a hand. Thanks for your hard work every day, Jos!

LaTisa has been an asset to FYP. Given all the unit changes, she has stepped up to provide assistance to the team at large. She’s been very flexible with the additions to her role this past year. We can always count her! Thank you Tisa for all you do for FYP!

Sharonne UnderwoodSharonne Underwood, Administrative Specialist, Academic Success Center

With a plate already full, Sharonne has stepped up since January to answer our phones in the absence of our receptionist. With her deep history at UT and established relationships across campus, Sharonne knows the “how” and the “who” whenever we have a problem to solve. From calendars to supplies to all-things-IRIS, we count on Sharonne’s planning and action each day!

Vicki has been our celebration coordinator in the CCDAE for many years. Her kindness and service attitude are appreciated by all. We also recognize that she stepped up this year in covering reception operations while that position was vacant. Thanks for all you do, Vicki!
