How the University Honors Application Process Works<\/h2>\n

University Honors welcomes applications from prospective first-year students and transfer students, with different pathways depending on your student status.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

First-Year Application<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

If you are a prospective first-year student, your first step is to apply to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville by the early action deadline. After applying to UT, qualified students receive an invitation by email to apply to University Honors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  2. Watch for your University Honors invitation and application instructions.<\/li>\n
  3. Review the current deadlines.<\/li>\n
  4. Complete your University Honors application materials on time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Transfer Application<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

    If you are a transfer student, you can apply to the Chancellor\u2019s Honors Program for a future fall start. Transfer students with more than 30 credit hours may also want to explore college or departmental honors opportunities in addition to University Honors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
