The easels are available to other on-campus departments for rental when not in use; UTK faculty and staff can request a reservation using the form below.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content reg\">\n<h3>Easel Specifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Black metal easels fold down for compact travel and storage.<\/li>\n<li>Total stand height: 58&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>Total stand width: 27.5&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>5 lb display capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Responsibility of Renter<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter is responsible for pick-up and return of the Easels (from and back to the storage room we currently utilize in Melrose Hall).<\/li>\n<li>Easels may only be used on campus.<\/li>\n<li>The renter agrees to return the easels as they were received.<\/li>\n<li>Renter is responsible for the careful set up and break down of the easels.<\/li>\n<li>If easels are rented overnight, the renter is responsible for ensuring easels are maintained in a safe space.<\/li>\n<li>Easels may be used for UT-sponsored events only.<\/li>\n<li>Easels must be returned by the date and time in the rental agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Easels returned after the accepted return date will be assessed a $10 per day per easel fee.<\/li>\n<li>Damaged or lost easels will be assessed a fee of $20 each to cover the cost of replacement.<\/li>\n<li>Renter is responsible for providing an account number at the time of reservation to be charged if easels are returned late or damaged; renter is responsible for clearing these policies with his\/her\/their supervisor and business manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once we confirm your dates are available, we will provide instructions for picking up and returning the easels.<\/p>\n<h3>Easel Rental Interest Form<\/h3>\n<p>Easels are available on an &#8220;as available&#8221; basis and are not guaranteed by completion of the rental interest form. The Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships reserves the right to decline the rental request for any reason.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<script>\nvar
