UT Study Day April 29

Volunteers,

The end of the semester is near, and we’re here to help you prepare for your finals and finish the academic year strong. As you prepare for Study Day and final exams, we have academic success resources to share with you.

Study Day Resources

Looking for assistance and answers when reviewing coursework? Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction can help! Tutoring gives you one-on-one instruction on various subjects and answers to content-specific questions. Supplemental Instruction facilitates students working together to develop strategies to master course content, review material, and prepare for quizzes and tests.

Need help with organization, studying, and time management? Academic coaches can help you in these areas and others to utilize your time more efficiently and make sure you are better prepared when going into exams. They can help you organize your notes, give you tips on the best environment for studying, and create a schedule to maximize your time.

Are you finishing papers or prepping for written exams? The Judith Anderson Herbert Writing Center offers individualized help with brainstorming and improving your written work.

Need condensed, practical final exam tips? The Vol Success Tips – Final Exam Edition is a quick resource to reference for tips on preparing for exams and reflecting on your performance.

Finally, join Provost Zomchick and me for free caffeine, UT swag, and Vol Success Tips at Hodges Library from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. on Study Day (April 29).

Again, for more information, visit the Study Day webpage. It’s time to finish strong on Rocky Top!

Go Vols!
