This initiative includes three interrelated strategic investments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Targeted academic initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep student engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformational student experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To increase undergraduate persistence and graduation rates, close achievement gaps, and bolster post-graduation career outcomes, the Volunteer Experience will enhance students&#8217; well-being while preparing for a global workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The success of these efforts will rely on broad staff and faculty engagement and support. To ensure a robust communication and feedback pipeline, we have formed a Volunteer Experience Faculty Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div class=\"panel-group\" id=\"custom-collapse-0\" role=\"tablist\" aria-multiselectable=\"true\"><\/div><div class=\"panel  panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h3 class=\"panel-title\"><a class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#custom-collapse-0\"\" href=\"#custom-collapse-0-0\"  aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"#custom-collapse-0-0\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" class=\"icon-collapse\" panel-collapse collapse\"><div class=\"panel-body\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Volunteer Experience Faculty Advisory Committee will<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advise on critical initiatives facilitated by the Division of Student Success (DSS) on behalf of the university to support the Volunteer Experience initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be informed of and involved regarding relevant DSS initiatives outside of the scope of the Volunteer Experience effort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide feedback regarding the initiatives and how to engage the faculty community best<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"panel  panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h3 class=\"panel-title\"><a class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" 2025)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One two-hour launch meeting each fall to provide members an overview of the Division of Student Success, including its reporting units, key performance indicators, and major activities anticipated for the year ahead<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quarterly 90-minute advisory meetings with lunch provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"panel  panel
