Program Details
Vol 103 is required for all new students and will held be on January 16, 2026 from 11 am to 3 pm.
During Vol 103, students can expect to learn more about academic and campus resources, meet other new students, and enjoy lunch on campus! Due to space limitations, Vol 103 is for students only.
Learning Outcomes
- Recognize campus academic spaces and the Student Union.
- Know how to use campus resources such as One Stop and UT Parking.
- Understand the expectations of your academic college.
- Create meaningful connections with fellow new Vols.
Vol 103 FAQs
Yes, Vol 103 is required for all students starting at UT in Spring 2026.
When you register for orientation in your Go Vols portal, you will be automatically registered for Vol 103 on January 16 from 11 am to 3 pm. You do not need to register separately for Vol 103!
Due to space limitations, we ask that only students attend Vol 103.
