CHP Ready for the World Completion Form

Chancellor's Honors Program students must complete an approved Ready for the World experience as part of their CHP curriculum. Students should submit this completion form after finishing their project/study abroad.
Attach a letter of recommendation/participation/completion from the contact person listed below if available. NOTE: for study abroad and foreign language study, a letter is not necessary.
