Finals Week Events & Support (May 1–13)
Finals Week can be one of the most stressful times of the semester, whether you’re a first-year student or a senior preparing to graduate. The Big Orange Finish Line, happening May 1–13, is designed to help you stay supported, focused, and as stress-free as possible while you prepare for and complete your exams.
This campus-wide initiative is a collaboration between the Dean of Students, Student Life, Student Success, the Student Union, and University Libraries. In addition, student organizations across campus will be hosting events, study breaks, and wellness activities throughout the same time period. Whitewater Kayaking Weekend

Big South Fork National River and REc ARea
Join UTOP staff for an all inclusive weekend of whitewater kayaking and camping. Learn the basics of whitewater from our trained instructors, perfect your river moves, and enjoy a weekend in beautiful mountain gorges. This trip includes all whitewater gear and camping gear needed, food, transportation and instructors. All rivers are beginner friendly, but can be perfect training grounds for intermediate level paddlers alike. All participants must be able to swim prior to the trip. Provided by RecSports.
