Biography

Bri Vo works with University Honors as a Graduate Assistant.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Associate Vice Provost and Executive Director of University Honors, Dr. Patrick Akos
  • Overseeing the Tennessee Grand Challenge Fellows Program
  • Assisting with other tasks as assigned by Dr. Akos and Dr. Canedo

Bri returns to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she is now in the second year of her masters program. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Bri was very active during her first time on Rocky Top, serving as the president of the Asian American Association, co-founder of the Vietnamese Student Association, and as a building manager for TRECS. Outside of academics, Bri loves rewatching Friends, cooking, shopping, and painting!

Education

Bri is in the second year of her master’s program, where she is studying college student personnel. She also received her undergraduate degree in kinesiology from UT.
