An alumna of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Caroline received her Bachelors of Science in Communication with a minor in Africana Studies.

Caroline credits her outgoing nature to her father, a retired Army Airborne Ranger, and her mother, a retired elementary school teacher.

Outside of the office, Caroline loves playing video games, spending times outdoors, and attending any UT sporting event. She also enjoys being with her dogs, Trooper and Tilly, and her cat, Maui.
