Brooke Squires

Brooke Squires serves as the manager for training and development in the Division of Student Success. In this role, she leads strength-based professional development initiatives and new team member onboarding division-wide to enhance staff understanding of well-being, and campus-wide professional development relevant to the success of the Volunteer Experience initiative.

Brooke has worked at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for over 11 years. She started her career at the university in the University Registrar’s office then moved to the Division of Student Life supporting the Office of the Dean of Students. She later worked in the Jones Center for Leadership & Service, where she launched a four-year leadership and service cohort program, Volunteer Impact Academy. She also serves as the Co-Advisor for VOLthon and a member of the NCBI team at UTK.

Originally from Fairmont, WV, Brooke has a B.S .in Business Administration from Fairmont State University and a M.S. in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
