Coordinator, UT Success Academy

Biography

Juan serves as the coordinator for the UT Success Academy. In this role, he oversees what he likes to call all the fun that happens with UTSA. Juan plans events for UTSA scholars to connect with one another and develop a sense of belonging in the program.

 

He received a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from Flagler College and a master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Juan has experience in residence life, the first-year experience, and student engagement. Juan loves nothing more than meeting scholars in their first year and getting to see them grow into full members of the campus community through their four years on campus.
