What do you enjoy most about working with UT undergrads?

I love the ability to get to know students and their strengths and ultimately be able to create plans for growth and success!

What is the most important advice you would give to new students?

Take time to set boundaries for yourself. Whether it’s allowing yourself time to study and work on homework, allowing yourself the time needed to take a mental break from the stress of life, or allowing yourself to take a break from work to socialize and do fun things, setting boundaries for yourself can help you better focus on your goals and your wellbeing.

What is your favorite place on campus?

The UT Botanical Gardens!

Why should students take advantage of the ASC?

As a campus resource, we exist to help students reach their full potential of success in their academic pursuits and life goals. We feel that we are successful when the students come to realize their success. From the many options of resources that we offer, there’s something for everyone – even if it’s just finding a place to rest for a few minutes!
