Your new student support system
New Vol Experience
The New Vol Experience supports all incoming Volunteers through their transition to Rocky Top with tools to accelerate success. It includes six in-person and virtual components for first-year and transfer students that introduce campus resources, academic expectations, and involvement opportunities so you can build confidence, make connections, and begin your UT journey prepared for success.
Vol Success Teams
Your Vol Success Team is a personalized network of support dedicated to helping you navigate college and achieve your academic, career, and personal goals. Made up of professionals such as your academic advisor, coach, and One Stop counselor, and in some cases peer or faculty mentors, your team connects you with guidance, resources, and support throughout your UT journey.
