Values inventories

Your values can play a big role in the life you want to build. Work values include things like salary, work environment, schedule, benefits, pace, and the type of tasks you enjoy. Lifestyle values reflect what matters most to you outside of work, such as where you want to live, family priorities, travel, and work-life balance. Skills inventories

Skills play a critical role in career development. Identify your skills by reflecting on your personal accomplishments, classroom performance in various subjects, previous jobs or volunteer positions held, and feedback you receive from others.
