New Vol Experience
Helps first-year scholars transition to Rocky Top through engaging programs, support, and resources that foster connection, confidence, belonging, and early success.
Vol Success Teams
Provides scholars with a dedicated network of advisors, coaches, and counselors who help them navigate academic, personal, and professional success.
Career readiness
Expands access to career readiness experiences and resources so every student can build the skills, experiences, and confidence needed for life after UT.
Rocky Top Scholars
Supports scholarship recipients through a four-year, cohort-based experience that builds academic success, community, career readiness, financial wellness, and momentum from move-in to career launch.
First generation programs
Celebrates and supports first-generation students through intentional programs, tailored resources, and a strong community that fosters belonging, resilience, and success.
Centralized academic programming
Offers students focused resources, study support, and wellness-centered events during midterms and finals to reduce stress and promote academic success.
VOLintern
Gives students the opportunity to gain paid, real-world experience, build professional skills, and explore career interests through semester-long internships right here at UT.
Student Success Express
Expands access to advising, tutoring, career development, One Stop, and other key services through extended evening hours in Hodges Library.
