Use the Career Profile to:
- Explore majors and career paths under consideration by searching job titles and salaries of recent UT graduates
- Report your internship, co-op, field study, research or study abroad experience
- Report your next step after graduation (job, graduate school, military, entrepreneurial pursuits or whatever your plans are!)
Why is it important?
Career outcomes data is collected to provide insight about the “first destination” of UT graduates and used for purposes that include salary averages, geographic preference, bench marking, reporting to ranking organizations, and to assess areas of improvement—all of which are helpful for current and prospective students, recent graduates, employers, and administration.
Data is reported in an aggregate/anonymous manner and is provided to accrediting bodies in compliance with federal and state regulations. It is UT’s official source of career outcomes.
Center for Career Development & Academic Exploration staff use the data to help inform students and their families about potential outcomes.
Your participation is important for all of these reasons!
