What do you enjoy most about working with UT undergrads?

I absolutely love getting to know who students are and what their goals are. I strongly believe that building connections with students can lead to a path of success. Seeing students come in each year with different passions and strengths drives me to be someone who they can go to for support and I love letting students know about all the free resources they can take advantage of while they are here.

What is the most important advice you would give new students?

Get involved and know your resources on campus! UT has so many free resources for students like free meals, professional clothing, counseling, study sessions, and more. Also, there are over 500 student organizations, so there is something for every student. Find your community on campus.

What is your favorite place on campus?

This is tough. Circle Park is where I love taking some time for myself and going on wellness walks. On 7 Saturdays in the fall, my favorite place on campus is Neyland Stadium. Go Vols!

Why should students take advantage of the ASC?

There are so many free resources within the ASC that students can utilize to support them throughout their academic journey at UT from their first semester to their last semester. Resources such as coaching, study sessions, workshops can assist students in being academically successful. The staff and student workers in the ASC are here to support students!
