Success Workshop Request Form

Thank you for your interest in requesting a Success Workshop from the Academic Success Center. Success Workshops are offered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM EST. Workshops are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Please request your workshop at least two weeks in advance. Your workshop location must reserved through Live25 prior to requesting a workshop. We will try to accommodate requests as schedules allow.
