What is the most important advice you would give new students?
You are not alone. Whatever it may be: study skills, stress, loss, food or housing insecurities, loneliness, etc., you have a support system in place. Please do not hesitate to talk to a faculty member, staff, or a friend. We can help!
What is your favorite place on campus?VOL Study Center!
Where is your top study spot on campus?VOL Study Center or the library. You can find quiet space or find others to study with you. Personally, I thrive with a little bit of background noise. I like to know there are people close by.
Why should students take advantage of the ASC?Every student should participate in a study or SI session. Even if you have a good grasp on the material, you can gain an even greater understanding by talking it through with someone else.
