Understanding Your Strengths
Understanding your CliftonStrengths can be a great tool in your career development journey. However, the CliftonStrengths assessment is not a decision-making tool. Strengths don’t tell you what career is best suited for you; instead, they shed light on how you might go about searching for and performing in said career. In fact, according to Gallup, we can use our strengths to succeed in any role! As you learn more about your strengths, take the time to consider how you might use them to self-assess, explore careers, gain experience, and transition to life after college.
