James Angel

VA Benefits Coordinator

Biography

James Angel serves as the VA benefits coordinator and School Certifying Official for the Veterans Success Center, which currently serves over 1,500 student veterans and dependents using VA education benefits.

James is an Army veteran, serving as a motor transport operator in both active duty and with the Georgia Army National Guard. He holds a B.A. in history from Piedmont University.

“The transition from the military to college was a challenge for me. I use what I learned in that challenge to help guide veterans to success.”
