The Big Orange Shadow Program is a one-day job shadowing experience that connects scholars to an employer in one of Tennessee’s largest cities. Opportunities are typically available in Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, and Chattanooga. Applications will open later in the semester for scholars to apply for both location and their industry preferences. Previous shadowing industries include: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Healthcare & Medicine, Communications & Media, Art, Hospitality, Sports Management, and more.
